Please check your insurance coverage with your provider before your appointment with us. Out of network billing can lead to unexpected charges. If you are unsure if we are in network, please reach out to your insurance provider.

Suffolk Breast Imaging participates with many major insurance plans, including AARP Medicare, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, Fidelis Care, and more. 

However, coverage is entirely dependent on the insurance plan and we must verify each patient’s insurance before their appointment. Please be ready to provide your insurance information at the time of booking your appointment.

Don't Have Insurance?

Suffolk Breast Imaging provides competitive self-pay pricing options. We also partner with the New York State Cancer Services Program to provide breast cancer screening to uninsured New York residents.

How to Pay your Bill

Patients are now able to pay their bills with our online bill pay portal. Click the button below to access our bill pay portal and follow the steps below to pay your bill.

1. verify Your account information

Once you open the billing portal, you will be asked to verify your account number and date of birth. Your account number can be found on your billing statement and will be in the form “#### /1”. You also have the option to add your email address to receive a payment confirmation.

2. Check Your account balance And pay

Once you verify your account number and date of birth, you can confirm the balance on your bill with the “Patient Bal:” amount listed at the bottom of the screen. Then, you can input your card information to complete the transaction.

3. Save Your Transaction confirmation

After completing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation on the screen and/or an email confirmation of payment. Make sure to save this confirmation for your personal records.

Do you have Issues with your bill Or online payment?

If you are having issues paying your bill online, we ask that you call our office to pay over the phone. You can speak to our billing department or our front desk staff to pay your bill over the phone.
